latin love

A piece from the "Love is in the World" collection, where we give our interpretation of Love in any given culture. We start from the graphic representation of the word "love" and we find inspiration either from cultural mores and colours, or just from famous stereotypes. The concept for "Latin Love" was inspired in the reputation that perceives this intense love as tragic and passionate. We wanted a humorous approach to this stereotype and explored an unusual format for wall art, almost like a box that tells a story. So in a way this piece could be viewed as part soap opera, part illustration.
